You may find it hard to believe but people who have maintained healthy weights have eaten frequently for years. The secret here is eating small divided meals rather than eating large ones. This method trains your stomach to feel full with smaller servings. And eating frequently prevents you from getting hungry during any time of the day, saving you from falling into unhealthy cravings.
